Refund & Replacement Policy
At Paws and Stamps, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom pet stamps. Each stamp is uniquely designed to capture the personality and essence of your beloved pets, making every product special and personalized just for you. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns on any custom orders.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your product arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality of your custom stamp, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please note that we provide up to 10 replacements for any issues related to production or shipping damage.
Replacement Policy Guidelines:
- Eligibility for Replacement: Replacements are only offered for defective or damaged items due to manufacturing errors or shipping-related issues.
- Reporting an Issue: If you experience any problems with your custom stamp, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the defective or damaged product.
- Replacement Process: Upon verification of the issue, we will begin processing your replacement. You are eligible for a maximum of 10 replacements over time for any issues with your orders.
Please note that because each item is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns. We kindly ask that you carefully review your design before finalizing your order.
